Tristan Baptiste brings a grounded, systems-oriented perspective to the work behind Coco & the Novas.

With a background in mechanical engineering, technical operations, and leadership in high-responsibility environments, much of his career has centered around maintaining complex systems, solving problems under pressure, and ensuring that people and operations remain supported and steady.

Over time, that way of thinking extended beyond technical systems alone.

He began to recognize the importance of the quieter things people carry every day—responsibility, resilience, care, and the need to feel grounded in moments that matter.

His role within this work is shaped by that balance of structure and humanity.

 

Helping create experiences and objects that are thoughtful, intentional, and built to stay with people over time.

He believes that even small moments of recognition can have lasting impact—and that how we show up for one another matters more than we often realize.
