And sometimes, a simple reminder of what we carry within us.

About Me
Muriel Baptiste has spent her life building in the spaces where something was missing.
Across education, community development, and nonprofit leadership, her work has focused on recognizing gaps—then bringing people, resources, and systems together to meet them in meaningful ways.
Over time, she began to notice another kind of gap. Not in services—but in everyday life.
People moving quickly.
Carrying a lot.
Often without being seen.
And in that pace, something important was being overlooked—
the quiet ways we recognize, support, and lift one another.
This work is an extension of that awareness.
It is a response to the need for something simple, tangible, and human—
something people can carry for themselves,
and offer to others as a way of saying,
“I see this in you.”
What we carry shapes us.
And what we recognize in others can stay with them far longer than we realize.
This is the work she continues to build.
